These Terms apply to use of the website and contracts for the purchase of goods through bsxais.shop.
Additional policies displayed on this website, including our:
• Refund and Return Policy;
• Shipping Policy;
• Privacy Policy; and
• Legal Notice
form part of the information governing the customer relationship where applicable.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order, you confirm that:

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve that product.
In exceptional circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
6. PRICES

The total amount payable to us will be shown before the customer submits the order.
We do not intentionally impose undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.
Any shipping charge or other mandatory charge collected by us will be clearly disclosed before the order is completed.
Standard shipping to Germany and Austria is currently free unless a different shipping method and corresponding charge are clearly displayed before checkout.
7. TAXES, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
The checkout total represents the amount charged by us to the customer for the order.
Customers will not be required by us to pay additional undisclosed:
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• customs clearance charges;
• carrier administration fees; or
• handling charges
after completing checkout.
Where goods are fulfilled across borders and customs processing is required, any seller-side duties, taxes, or related import costs will be handled through our fulfilment arrangements rather than being unexpectedly charged to the customer upon delivery.
If an exceptional carrier or customs error results in an unexpected payment request, customers should contact us so that the matter can be investigated.
8. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
The amount charged will correspond to the total displayed and accepted during checkout.
We do not store complete payment card credentials where payment information is processed directly by third-party payment providers.
9. ORDER PROCESS
After placing an order, the customer will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund any amount already paid for the affected order.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may use any statutory withdrawal rights or applicable return rights after delivery.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days.
Standard transportation to Germany and Austria normally takes approximately:
7–15 business days.
The estimated overall period from order confirmation to delivery is therefore generally:
8–18 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Customers do not need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
During the withdrawal period, customers may inspect and handle goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
A customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

13. VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURNS
In addition to statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period subject to the conditions stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
The conditions of the voluntary 30-day return policy do not restrict or replace statutory consumer rights.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where an EU consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the relevant order, where such a delivery charge was paid.
Additional costs arising from a customer's voluntary choice of a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded to the extent permitted by law.
15. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
If goods arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, customers should contact us.
Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
