1. 30-DAY VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY
In addition to any statutory rights available to consumers, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period.
You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after the date on which your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return under this voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must:
• be unused and unworn;
• be in substantially the same condition in which it was received;
• include the original accessories and components;
• include the original packaging where reasonably possible; and
• be accompanied by the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
The conditions above apply only to our voluntary 30-day return policy and do not limit any statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal described separately below.

Please provide:
• your name;
• your order number;
• the product you wish to return;
• the reason for the return, where applicable; and
• photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return address.
Please do not send products to an address without first receiving return instructions from us.
Unauthorised returns may result in processing delays.
3. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area and purchase goods online, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For an order containing multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item from that order is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

A clear statement by email that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient.
4. CONDITION OF GOODS UNDER THE EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The EU statutory right of withdrawal is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.
You are permitted to inspect and handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would normally be permitted in a physical retail store.
Opening the packaging or reasonably inspecting the product does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law if excessive handling has caused a demonstrable loss in value.
5. RETURNING GOODS AFTER EXERCISING THE EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After notifying us that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by our error, the direct cost of returning the goods may be borne by the customer.
If the goods are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order, we will bear the reasonable return costs.
6. REFUNDS UNDER THE EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you validly exercise your EU statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount charged for that upgraded delivery method.
Where standard shipping was provided free of charge, there is no separate standard delivery charge to refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.
We will not charge a refund processing fee.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
7. REFUNDS UNDER THE VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within our voluntary 30-day return period are subject to the conditions of our voluntary return policy.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Any statutory rights you may have remain unaffected.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
• the product is damaged;
• the product is defective;
• the wrong product was delivered;
• an item is missing from the shipment; or
• the product materially differs from the order.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
Where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
• replacement;
• repair;
• refund; or
• another legally appropriate remedy.
Reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect goods will be borne by us.
9. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to stop fulfilment where operationally possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal or return rights after receiving the goods.
10. NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an exclusion is specifically permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include:
• goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and
• other goods for which applicable consumer law specifically provides an exception.
An exclusion will only be applied where legally applicable.
Normal automotive tools and equipment are not automatically excluded from return simply because the packaging has been opened.
11. EXCHANGES
If you require a different product or version, please contact us.
Where appropriate, the quickest method may be to return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the replacement product.
12. REFUND PROCESSING
After a refund has been approved, it will be submitted to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Any processing time imposed by a payment provider is outside our direct control.
13. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund and Return Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Where a provision of this voluntary policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the mandatory legal protection will apply.
